Dotted with rocky hills and snow-clad peaks, Lahaul and Spiti are two isolated Himalayan valleys of Himachal Pradesh lying on the Indo-Tibet border. Lauhal, a land of enchanting Buddhist art and culture, is marked by imposing mountains and glaciers. Spiti is renowned as Little Tibet since its landscape, vegetation, and climate are akin to that of Tibet. Lahaul and Spiti should be ideally visited between the months of June to October. If you are making plans for a Spiti Tour, you have landed at the right place. We will not take you only to Spiti but we will take you also to Lauhal valley. Come on join our package and take the glimpse of virgin valley.

Guru Ghantal Monastery :- Believed to be the oldest Gompa of Lahaul, this wooden structure with pyramidal roofs and wood carving preserves the idols of Padmasambhava and Brajeshwari Devi.

Gondla :- This village in Lahaul valley celebrates a fair in the month of July that draws a large number of tourists. Other attractions of the village are the historical Gompa and the 8-storied Gondla castle or fort. Constructed in 1700 AD, the fort is the residence of the Thakur of Gondla.

Kye Monastery :- This is the oldest and the biggest monastery of Spiti. It is decorated with beautiful scriptures and paintings of Lord Buddha and other Goddesses. The Lamas sing, practice dance, and play on pipes and horns here.

Kunzum Pass :- Kunzum pass is the gateway to Spiti from Kulu and Lahaul. There is a temple perched at the top of this Pass dedicated to Goddess Durga. Nearby is the stunning Bara-Sigri glacier, the second longest glacier in the world.

Trilokinath Temple:- Trilokinath Temple is one of the most beautiful temples in Lahaul-Spiti and is a popular pilgrimage site. An ancient temple, and a revered site for both Hindus and Buddhists, the temple is located on top of a hillock near the Chenab River. It is mostly noted for its scenic locale. The temple is known for its exquisite wood carvings, and while it is worshiped as a temple of Lord Shiva by the Hindus, the Buddhists worship the beautiful white marble idol image of the Avalokteshvara. The closest town is Udaipur and thousands of tourists visit the temple in the month of August when a three day festival called Pauri is celebrated in the temple.

Chander taal lake:- Chander Taal (meaning the Lake of the Moon), or Chandra Tal, is situated at an altitude of about 4,300 meters (14,100 ft) in the Himalayas. Mountains of screed overlook the lake on one side, and a magnificent cirque presents a view on the other. The name of the lake originates from its crescent shape. Situated in the Spiti district of Himachal Pradesh (India), Chandra Taal is a popular destination for trekkers and campers.
Jeep Safari tours in India are best for Himalayan regions, Explore the unexplored while admiring the natural beauty at its best on a jeep safari tours with us. In India jeep safaris is the best way to explore the rugged terrain, hilly terrain or any other off beaten trek in India. In the past exploring mountainous regions has been restricted to those people prepared to walk considerable distances or travel on occasional overcrowded local vehicles. Now, as the mountain road systems start to penetrate the interior regions whole un-touristic areas become available to the adventurous at heart to explore for the first time. Visit remote valleys, villages and cross over high mountain passes with spectacular views of snow capped peaks, rugged terrain and old temples with monasteries.
Jeep safari tours help you in discovering those aspects of Lauhal & Spiti valley that are hard to travel in any other mode of transportation.
